All Toyota hand pallet truck mobile workshops are operated by specialists who are fully trained to repair all popular makes of hand pallet trucks. With Toyota Material Handling’s mobile workshops you only pay for the time spent on site, reducing your equipment operating costs.

Preventive Maintenance
As with any mechanical equipment used over a period of time certain components will inevitably need replacing. Toyota’s Hand Pallet Truck Specialists can advise on the best plan, ensuring your trucks continue to operate in the most cost effective way. In addition we also hold all service details in accordance with PUWER.

Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations, 1998. (PUWER 1998)

All mechanical handling and lifting equipment is classed as ‘work equipment’ and subject to PUWER. They require:

• The inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• The provision of information, instruction and training.
• The marking of controls.
• That mobile work equipment for carrying persons is suitable.
• Protection from rolling over.
• Facilities to prevent unauthorised operation.
• The provision of lighting equipment where necessary.
• The provision, where necessary, of devices to improve vision.

Our mobile units carry on board a full range of replacement parts to ensure your trucks continue to work with maximum uptime. In the event that a truck is beyond economical repair we will arrange for a replacement normally within 24 hours.

Rental - User Club
Ideal for those who prefer to have the use, but not ownership of the truck. Toyota Material Handling’s ‘User Club’ has been chosen by many customers who prefer the ‘hassle free’ way of operating their fleet of hand trucks with budgeted annual costs. For a low monthly payment, we supply club members with a new hand pallet truck on a two-year agreement. As a club member, you can extend your initial agreement and receive a brand new truck every two years. Included in the cost your truck will be serviced on a twice yearly schedule by our mobile service team.
